In 1922 a monument to Prometeus was erected in Kamianske. This hero of ancient Greek mythology, who gave fire to people, is a symbol of the city and is depicted on its coat of arms. Also in former Dniprodzerzhynsk you will find a well-preserved St. Nicholas Roman-Catholic Cathedral, one of the few in eastern Ukraine. You can have a great time in Central Park.
